About The Position

As a Sales Lead, you create an engaging environment for associates and customers and partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans. You help cultivate a store environment where operations run smoothly, the store looks fabulous, and associates are trained and motivated to reach their potential. With your operational knowledge, you can step into the Manager role when needed and guide the team with support from store leaders. The role is suited to someone who loves fashion and wants to work for a brand focused on empowering customers and associates.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for styling and a love of working with people.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Proficiency with technology, including the ability to operate store systems accurately.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and support their shopping experiences.
• Share knowledge of products and services to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the company selling model.
• Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to recognize and improve performance.
• Identify business opportunities in partnership with store leaders to drive results.
• Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and equalize payroll.
• Share daily communications with store teams and prioritize tasks as needed.
• Support store leadership with onboarding new associates when needed.
• Support store priorities by adhering to brand guidelines, operational requirements, and asset protection policies.
• Step into the Manager role when needed.
