About The Position

As a Sales Lead, you’ll be an integral part of the store’s day-to-day operations, working alongside the management team to create memorable moments for guests. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service in a fun, dynamic environment. The position is part-time seasonal at Hudson Yards and pays $18.50–$20.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and enthusiasm for interacting with guests.
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to frequently stand and walk, and occasionally reach, climb, kneel, or crouch.
• Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and provide excellent guest service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner.
• Support store operations, including handling cash and managing inventory.
• Organize and present merchandise to attract guests’ attention.
