The role involves motivating sales staff, creating a positive and inclusive work environment, and ensuring the store is well-maintained and organized. Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
Does talking to everyone just come naturally?

Nice To Haves

Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
