About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role requires driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The day-to-day involves sales, motivating and connecting with customers, providing constructive feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, creating positive customer relations, maintaining a clean and organized store, meeting personal and productivity goals, and fostering an inclusive work environment. The role also involves motivating sales staff, creating healthy competition, and engaging in sales activities like running, climbing ladders, and selling shoes.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!

Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
