About The Position

Shoe Palace is hiring a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to help provide customers with a positive shopping experience and support sales at the store. The role focuses on creating an enjoyable shopping environment, maximizing sales, and contributing to a team-oriented workplace. Associates help keep the store clean, neat, and organized and may run around and climb ladders as part of the work. The position is based at the Tampa International location in Tampa, Florida. The advertised pay range is $14.00 per hour. The role is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Have open availability during weekends.
