About The Position
Shoe Palace is hiring a seasonal, part-time Retail Sales Associate to help provide customers with a positive shopping experience and support sales at the Doral, Florida (Miami International) location. The role is suited to motivated, upbeat, outgoing individuals who enjoy customer service, fashion, and athletic footwear and apparel. Team members work in a collaborative, energetic retail environment where each day can bring different tasks and opportunities to grow. The position pays $14.00 per hour and is eligible for the company 401(k) plan. Shoe Palace also offers a flexible schedule, employee discounts, and opportunities to grow.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
- Must have open availability during weekends.
- Be fun and outgoing, with a desire to work hard and be successful.
- Communicate comfortably with a wide range of people.
