About The Position
Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading the team. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist, energetic, and enjoys motivating others. A typical day involves providing sales staff with constructive feedback, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining a clean and organized store, meeting personal and productivity goals, creating an inclusive work environment, motivating the sales staff, and fostering healthy competition. The role also involves physical activity such as running, climbing ladders, and selling shoes.
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
- Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
- Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
- Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
- A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
- Ability to talk to everyone naturally
Nice To Haves
- Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus
