About The Position
Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading the sales team. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist, energetic, and enjoys motivating others. The position involves providing constructive feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining store organization, and ensuring an inclusive and fun work environment. The role also requires meeting personal and productivity goals and motivating the sales staff to create healthy competition.
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
- Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
- Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
- Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
- A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
- Does talking to everyone just come naturally?
Nice To Haves
- Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
