About The Position
Beaches is hiring a Sales Lead to guide store operations and performance while leading a commission sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving memberships, sales, upgrades, and revenue; coaching and developing employees; and providing guests with an exceptional experience. The Sales Lead sets the pace on the sales floor, turns goals into results, oversees opening and closing standards, and helps create a positive, energetic, results-driven team culture. Requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Open availability seven days a week and ability to work varied shifts, including opening and closing.
- At least 3 years of proven sales and management success in beauty, spa, wellness, or retail.

- Enjoy working with people, building relationships, sales, and helping guests find suitable products and services.
