About The Position
Beaches is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in American Fork to lead daily store operations, improve store performance, and create an energetic, welcoming experience for guests and employees. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on sales, team development, guest relationships, and achieving individual and store goals. The manager will lead by example on the sales floor, coach and motivate a commission sales team, and help grow the team, store, and their own career.
Requirements

- Open availability seven days a week and ability to work a variety of shifts, including opening and closing.
- At least 3 years of proven sales and management success in beauty, spa, wellness, or retail.
