About The Position

Event Network operates retail experiences at destinations across the United States. At the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, the retail store supports the Museum’s mission to inspire minds through nature and science. The Part-Time Sales Lead supports the management team with smooth daily operations and leads the retail team in delivering outstanding guest experiences. The role involves working with the management team to create memorable moments for guests in a lively, dynamic retail environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role.
• Experience or ability in merchandising and presenting products effectively.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Enjoy interacting with guests of all ages.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand and walk frequently and occasionally reach, climb, kneel, or crouch.
• Able to regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and provide excellent guest service.
• Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner.
• Support store operations, including handling cash and managing inventory.
• Help ensure smooth daily operations for fellow team members.
• Proactively showcase products and support engaging shopping experiences.
