About The Position
The Sales Lead is a part-time role supporting the store’s day-to-day operations alongside the management team. The position focuses on providing exceptional guest service in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining environment, while helping create memorable shopping experiences. The Sales Lead also supports store operations, including cash handling and inventory management.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role.
- Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to engage guests.
- Comfort with a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to stand and walk frequently, and occasionally reach, climb, kneel, or crouch.
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds.

- Merchandising ability.
