About The Position

Fabletics Retail is looking for a Part-Time Sales Lead for their Fabletics Retail Store in King of Prussia, PA. This role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience, supporting sales and operations, and leveraging technology to create a seamless shopping journey. The Sales Lead will collaborate with the Store Manager and team to help customers live their passion, drive business, and exceed KPIs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with high energy who enjoys engaging with people.

Requirements

  • 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
  • Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
  • Ability to socially interact with Customers, Employees, and Business Partners inside and outside of the store environment.
  • Ability to work with large teams.
  • Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity, including the ability to take initiative.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
  • Self-motivated, a good communicator with an innate ability to bring the best out in others.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
  • Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
  • May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

  • Embody Fabletics culture and values, providing customers with insights on how to live their passion.
  • Actively engage customers by providing knowledge on product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
  • Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Provide training and immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.).
  • Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed individual and team performance goals.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure the store is easy to shop and adds value to the customer's purchase.
  • Actively participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager for continuous business improvement.
  • Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Serve as a product knowledge resource for customers and team members.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards, and identify and communicate potential issues.
  • Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs).
