About The Position

Event Network is hiring a part-time Sales Lead at Desert Ridge. The Sales Lead supports day-to-day store operations alongside the management team and helps create memorable guest experiences in a lively retail environment. The role includes leading by example in guest service, engaging visitors, supporting cash handling and inventory management, and helping keep store operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and comfort interacting with guests of all ages.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally reach, climb, kneel, or crouch.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and provide excellent guest service.
• Engage guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner.
• Support store operations, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Help keep store operations running smoothly for team members.
• Organize and present products to attract guests’ attention.
