Requirements

Valid Drivers License in good standing
2 years customer service experience
Available to work Saturdays as needed
Computer Software knowledge
Prior Dealership experience is a plus!
Ability to stay focused on the entrance doors and acknowledge customers
Must maintain a clean, well-groomed appearance that aligns with corporate showroom standards.
Ability to stay calm, multitask, and maintain a pleasant composure in a high customer volume fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Represent the company and its brand in a professional and welcoming manner
Warmly welcome every guest as they enter the showroom and create a positive first impression.
Check-in guests efficiently and accurately.
Gather basic information about each guest and understand the reason for their visit.
Seamlessly connect guests with the appropriate salesperson or team member.
Hands out brochures and other information to customers.
Serves as a telephone and clerical back-up.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and staff.
Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional presence throughout the shift.
Keep the showroom clean, organized, tidy and presentable at all times.
Maintain strong situational awareness paying attention to guests entering the showroom, customer needs, and overall showroom activity.
Monitor the flow of guests and proactively assist when someone appears to need help.
Support the sales team by ensuring guests are greeted promptly and directed appropriately.
Assist with general showroom organization and other tasks as needed.
