Sales Fulfillment Coordinator
About The Position
Our well-known client has a very unique opportunity to join a leading manufacturer and wholesale distributor of Reclaimed Wood Furniture, Home Decor, Antiques & Unique items from culturally diverse locations. This would be extremely attractive to a person who is trying to break into the home furnishings, decor and/or Interior Design industry This position is full-time, onsite at their showroom, warehouse and distribution center in High Point, NC Numerous career opportunities for growth and advancement! This person will receive a qualified buyer from the Sales Rep(s) and will be wholly responsible for guiding that buyer to the sales transaction's finish line. This requires open and urgent, ongoing communication to obtain the buyer's final product selection (size, style and color, availability, etc) and final confirmation.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Proven customer follow-up interaction
- An interest in or fondness for the furniture industry and/or design
- Ability to learn and consistently use a well-known web-based CRM software
- Ability to lift 20-30 pounds
- Comfort working in a warehouse/showroom environment with variable temperatures
