About The Position

The Small Projects Sales Executive joins Accutemp Engineering’s inside sales group and leads commercial HVAC projects from the initial customer request or service recommendation through installation, completion, and invoicing. The role combines technical sales, estimating, and hands-on project management: evaluating customer needs, developing practical solutions, pricing and selling the work, purchasing equipment and materials, and coordinating installation and subcontractors so each project delivers on its commitments. Projects include commercial HVAC replacements, installations, upgrades, and larger repairs. Examples include water-source heat pumps, rooftop units, split systems, small ductwork installations and modifications, medium-sized piping and controls projects, projects involving subcontracted trades, and larger repairs assigned for dedicated sales and project oversight. The position involves local travel to customer sites in a company car, with travel listed at 50%.
