About the position
We are seeking a Sales Executive with experience in Consultancy Services and Software Licensing to join our team in São Paulo. The Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with new and potential clients. They will also be involved in pricing and financial adjustments, as well as presenting products and proposals to clients. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate business possibilities according to customer needs
- Develop medium and high complexity strategies for clients and operationalize objectives to develop the company's client portfolio
- Control pricing and financial adjustments to implement medium and high complexity commercial strategies developed with the team
- Conduct meetings with clients to present products, financial analysis, commercial proposals, technical projects, and provide support to ongoing projects
- Build relationships with new and potential clients, expanding e-Core's partnership accounts
- Monitor new leads, business progress, commitments, and success rates
- Evaluate and request approval of contracts and spreadsheets prepared by the Sales Assistant, in order to send the contracts to companies after they have been signed by the Management
- Fill and update the CRM to register customer information with a high level of accuracy regarding deadlines and closures
- Contact clients to obtain information about delivery and satisfaction with the product or service, in order to assess satisfaction levels and adoption of products and services
- Prepare commercial proposals following e-Core's standard and alignment meetings to ensure effective customer service
- Attend to clients through the company's communication channels to ensure customer loyalty and periodically contact them to create business opportunities and provide feedback on requests.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales and Business Development
- Knowledge of market research and business analysis
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in presenting products and proposals to clients
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in Portuguese (for the position in São Paulo)
