About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Excellence Manager to join our Sales Excellence team. You will be an early member of a team established six months ago, with influence over how it evolves. Our mission is to help LVT become the best sales organization in the Safety and Security category, by providing a sales experience that customers would pay for, as demonstrated by our ability to consistently generate and win $1M+ deals. You will treat our frontline sellers and managers as your primary customers as you design solutions to elevate both the selling experience and the buying experience. You will design workflows, tools, content, and training that frontline sellers and managers use every day. This is an individual contributor role based at our headquarters in American Fork, Utah.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or direct B2B Sales roles
  • Demonstrated solid understanding of the mechanics of a complex B2B sale and what world-class selling looks like
  • Demonstrated your ability to actively listen to frustration and complex challenges to translate them into a clear diagnosis of the root cause
  • Demonstrated your ability to drive behavior change through clear communication and tool, content, and/or training design
  • Demonstrated your ability to leverage AI tools like Gemini, Claude, Clay, and Gong to accelerate and increase the impact of your work

Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured research — e.g. ride-alongs, focus groups, 1:1 interviews, call analysis, market research — to surface opportunities in the selling and buying experience and diagnose root causes.
  • Translate research insights into journey maps, AI-enabled sales tools, materials, and training that drive behavior change among frontline sellers and managers.
  • Represent the voice of our sellers and buyers as you collaborate with cross-functional teams — RevOps, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, Industry SMEs, and more — to design and implement processes and workflows to elevate the sales experience.
