Operational Excellence Manager
About The Position
As a Manager, Operational Excellence here at Honeywell, you will lead the drive for regional alignment to a Global GDM standard by creating and implementing specific Management Operating Systems (MOS) to manage key performance indicators (KPIs) in Inventory, OTTR/OTFP, and Past Due performance. You will focus on rigorous metric reporting and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on Inventory Reduction, financial awareness of working capital investments, Inventory forecasting, and elimination of aged Past Dues greater than 60 days. In this role, your leadership in establishing MOS frameworks and driving rigorous root cause analysis will be critical to improving operational performance and financial outcomes. Your efforts will enable the region to meet and exceed global standards, optimize working capital, and enhance customer satisfaction through improved delivery and inventory management.
