About The Position

We are looking for a proactive and delivery-oriented Sales Excellence Analyst to join our commercial technology team. This role will actively support multi-country SFA rollout projects, working closely with global and local business stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment, adoption, and stabilization of SFA solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SFA, CRM, or commercial IT solutions
  • Hands-on experience supporting or delivering rollout projects across multiple countries or business units
  • Strong understanding of field sales processes (route planning, visit execution, orders, promotions, KPIs)
  • Experience working with vendors and global IT teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and matrix organization
  • Proficiency in English (written & verbal)

Nice To Haves

  • FMCG experience is a strong plus
  • local language is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Actively support SFA rollout activities
  • Gather, clarify, and document business requirements from local sales teams
  • Support configuration, testing (UAT), and deployment of SFA functionalities
  • Coordinate with global product teams, implementation partners, and local IT
  • Support data validation, master data readiness, and migration activities
  • Assist with user training materials, rollout communications, and go-live support
  • Provide post go-live support during hypercare and stabilization phases
  • Track issues, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation
  • Ensure alignment with global SFA standards while addressing local market needs
