About The Position

Fischer Services is seeking a Plumbing Sales Estimator for their Service | Rough-In / Re-Pipe division in Snohomish County, Washington. This is a high-impact role for an individual who can identify customer needs, build accurate solutions, present options confidently, and close profitable work. The position involves water line replacements, service plumbing solutions, rough-in plumbing, whole-home re-pipes, and residential and light commercial opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess technical knowledge, understand ownership, leadership, operational accountability, and the ability to support high-performing teams. This role requires comfort in the field, partnering with office leadership, mentoring others, and driving operational excellence. It is suitable for a licensed plumber interested in the customer side of the business or a proven estimator with deep plumbing knowledge, leadership experience, and strong business acumen.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of plumbing industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of service plumbing
  • Strong knowledge of rough-in systems
  • Strong knowledge of residential re-pipes
  • Ability to read plans, scope projects, and build accurate estimates
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and presence
  • Ability to lead through influence, build trust quickly, and hold yourself and others accountable
  • Strong business judgment with an understanding of customer experience, operational efficiency, and profitable project execution

Nice To Haves

  • Washington State plumbing license (PL01 or PL02 strongly preferred)
  • Sales estimating experience
  • Previous leadership, project management, field supervision, or operational management experience
  • Experience coaching teams, driving accountability, and partnering with operations leadership
  • Experience with CRM, estimating software, tablets, and digital proposals

Responsibilities
