About The Position

American Roofing & Waterproofing, a family-owned and operated company, is expanding and seeking an experienced Service Sales Estimator. This role offers unlimited commission potential, a competitive base salary, and the opportunity to grow within a stable and rapidly expanding company. The ideal candidate will meet with clients, present roofing solutions, perform accurate estimates, manage leads, and collaborate with production teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial & residential roofing sales/estimating experience
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and blueprint reading
• Proficiency with estimating and CRM software (AccuLynx a plus)
• Self-motivated, organized, and relationship-driven
• Physically able to perform roof inspections

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and present customized roofing solutions
• Perform accurate estimates and roof assessments
• Manage leads and contracts through CRM software
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Network and identify new business opportunities
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
