Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Estimator or in a similar role within an industrial setting.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in estimating software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of industry standards, materials, and pricing strategies.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Review project specifications, drawings, and client requirements to develop accurate sales estimates.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to gather necessary information.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, proposals, and bids in a timely manner.
Analyze market trends, supplier quotes, and historical data to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
Present and explain estimates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and related documentation.
Continuously update knowledge of industry standards, materials, and pricing to improve accuracy.
