About the position
Armis is seeking highly skilled individuals to join their team as Solution Engineers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in engaging with prospects by demonstrating the value of Armis' agentless platform through console demonstrations, proof-of-value deployments, and training sessions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a track record of success in technical and customer-facing positions. Responsibilities
- Provide virtual and in-person technical demonstrations
- Deploy proof-of-value installations
- Lead technical training sessions based on POV findings
- Support marketing activities, conferences, and speaking engagements
- Consistently and cogently address prospect's needs through verbal and written communication skills
- Thrive in a team-oriented culture by collaborating with and strengthening teammates
- Think critically throughout the sales process, customer support, troubleshooting, and developing new use cases
- Develop prospect-facing documentation
- Travel up to 40% of the time on average (can vary by region)
- Possess a BS degree in computer science, MIS, or equivalent experience
- Have 5+ years of experience in technical positions (SE, Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect) for a Cyber Security vendor
- Have 5+ years of experience in customer-facing or customer-support positions
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies
- Demonstrated track record of taking ownership of complex initiatives and producing successful outcomes
- Experience closing complex cyber security SaaS solutions with Enterprise Customers and supporting Sales AE's / RSM's
- Knowledge in EDR, Vulnerability Management, and/or ServiceNow experience is desirable
- Operational Technology OT experience is preferred
