Sales Enablement Specialist

Lightedge•Des Moines, IA

About The Position

The Sales Enablement Specialist partners with the Sales Enablement Manager to operate LightEdge’s sales enablement programs day to day. The role gathers input from the Sales Organization to support onboarding program design, then owns delivery of the finalized program for the entire sales organization, including Customer Experience (CX), from scheduling and logistics through completion. The Specialist also co-hosts or independently runs enablement-led sessions, maintains the Sales and Enablement SharePoint site, and ensures training content, learning systems, and internal communications are accurate, organized, and delivered on time. This role is suited to someone who enjoys operational excellence, managing multiple priorities, facilitating sessions, and proactively improving programs. The Specialist uses AI tools to streamline work, identifies and recommends process improvements, and contributes to a collaborative, high-ownership team culture. LightEdge provides IT services including colocation, private infrastructure and cloud platforms, security and compliance solutions, and disaster recovery. Its facilities and services undergo third-party audits for multiple standards and regulations. LightEdge may use AI tools to support parts of its hiring process; these tools assist recruiters but do not replace human judgment, and final hiring decisions are made by people.
