Finalsite is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist for an 8–12 month contract engagement to provide additional capacity and continuity across our sales enablement programs. This is a hands-on role for someone who can quickly learn our business, independently manage enablement programs, and confidently facilitate training for sellers and sales leaders. The primary focus will be seller onboarding, sales training, readiness, and ongoing reinforcement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS or technology sales organizations.
  • Strong training and facilitation skills, both virtually and live.
  • Experience managing seller onboarding and ongoing readiness programs.
  • Working knowledge of modern B2B sales processes and methodologies.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Current residency, as well as continued residency, within the United States is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Highspot or a similar sales enablement platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and facilitate onboarding programs for new sales team members.
  • Support ongoing seller readiness across sales process, methodology, messaging, discovery, and product positioning.
  • Coordinate enablement programs, schedules, resources, and cross-functional contributors.
  • Develop and update training materials, job aids, and seller-facing resources.
  • Support sales coaching, role plays, certifications, and reinforcement activities.
  • Maintain and organize enablement content within Highspot and other sales tools.
  • Help ensure priority enablement initiatives remain organized, on schedule, and well documented.
