This role is responsible for managing and executing Sales Enablement initiatives. The Project Manager will support intake triage, partner with leadership to validate scope and readiness, and own the end-to-end delivery of prioritized initiatives. This includes breaking down epics into stories, managing agile delivery, identifying and resolving dependencies, and ensuring consistent execution discipline. The role also involves contributing to roadmap planning, aligning enablement activation with business strategy and lifecycle needs, and collaborating cross-functionally with various teams such as training, content, coaching, Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, and Compliance. The Project Manager will also participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned, surfacing delivery risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
