  • Focus on adoption as well as delivery, using early wins and peer examples to encourage team adoption.
  • Strong organization and follow-through across concurrent programs, with comfort creating structure in ambiguous situations.
  • Collaborative team player, change agent, positive culture builder, and bridge builder across organizations and teams.

  • Familiarity with content development platforms such as Articulate 360 Suite and ability to create e-learning content and experiences.
  • Experience with enablement platforms (LMS/CMS) and tools such as Talent, Docebo, Asana, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
  • Background in CLM or legal technology, or experience enabling representatives who sell to legal, procurement, and finance buyers.
  • Experience delivering sales and partner enablement or global programs across multiple regions.

  • Partner with go-to-market leaders to translate business priorities into program goals, owners, and timelines, and communicate trade-offs and progress to leadership.
  • Lead live trainings and workshops for audiences ranging from new hires to senior leaders, and help front-line managers reinforce new behaviors in the field.
  • Deliver skills training in discovery, qualification, and deal strategy, as well as product launches, competitive updates, and certifications using repeatable frameworks.
  • Create playbooks, battlecards, talk tracks, presentations, role plays, and asynchronous learning modules with Product, Marketing, and subject matter experts.
  • Lead adoption of enablement tools and use AI to streamline content creation, reporting, and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate on role-based onboarding by defining fully ramped criteria and delivering learning paths that prepare new hires to work with customers.
