PAR Technology
•$130,000 - $140,000•Remote

About The Position

PAR Technology is building a connected restaurant technology platform spanning Loyalty, Pay, Ordering, Back-of-House (OPS), POS, Hardware, and Services. The Sales Enablement Manager owns how sales representatives learn, ramp, and sell. The role onboards new representatives, trains the existing sales team, develops training and on-demand content for use in live deals, and verifies readiness through knowledge checks and certifications. The position works closely with Sales leadership, Product, Product Marketing, Marketing Enablement, Revenue Operations, and HR, and reports to the Director of Enablement. It is remote in the United States. The manager will build and run onboarding and ongoing training programs, develop practical sales resources, assess field readiness, and use representative and manager feedback, win/loss data, and call recordings to improve enablement. Success is measured by observable seller readiness and performance, including faster ramp time, effective positioning of the connected PAR platform, adoption of enablement resources, and timely preparation for product launches.
