About The Position

Nooks is hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to scale enablement and support for its customer-facing teams. The role covers content management, skills training, product education, and systems training as Nooks expands its offerings and grows its team. The position is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys building programs from the ground up, and wants to make a tangible impact across the go-to-market organization. The Sales Enablement Manager will collaborate across teams to deliver enablement for product and process updates and other GTM initiatives. The role also supports the configuration of Nooks’ own product for internal use, including AI coaching bots, scorecards, and battlecards, and contributes to onboarding and ongoing (“everboarding”) for product, technology stack, and processes. The manager will assess program effectiveness using feedback, adoption metrics, and performance data. The role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, which is preferred, and may involve occasional travel for team onsites, trainings, or field visits.
