Sales Enablement Manager

Syllo
•$160,000 - $190,000•Remote

About The Position

The Sales Enablement Manager owns sales enablement at Syllo, building onboarding programs, training curricula, playbooks, and tools that help the GTM team ramp faster, qualify more effectively, and close more consistently. The role works across Sales, Marketing, and Product to turn market intelligence and product capabilities into content and coaching that changes how representatives perform in the field. Syllo’s sales motion involves sophisticated legal professionals, a technically complex product, and an evolving competitive landscape. The manager ensures representatives can credibly explain Syllo, rigorously qualify opportunities, and conduct effective discovery conversations. The role emphasizes measurable improvements in representative performance and behavior rather than content volume or training completion alone.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a GTM-facing role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated experience building and measuring enablement programs for enterprise sales teams.
  • Proficiency with sales enablement tools such as Highspot, Seismic, Gong, or comparable tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or a comparable qualification methodology.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience designing training for behavior change and measuring metrics tied to revenue outcomes, such as ramp time, pipeline conversion, and win rate.

Nice To Haves

  • Legal tech or professional services domain experience is a strong advantage.

  • Design and run onboarding for AEs, BDRs, and SEs so new hires can conduct discovery calls and explain the Syllo story independently.

  • Design and deliver recurring training tied to specific skill gaps, product updates, and competitive developments.
  • Define and track measures of representative readiness and behavior change, including certifications, call scoring, and pipeline quality.
  • Align the enablement roadmap with the Sales Director’s priorities.
  • Support AEs, BDRs, and SEs with role- and sales-stage-appropriate content and skills development.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, vision, and voluntary insurance options.
  • Vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays.
  • Access to benefit counselors.
  • Fitness class reimbursements.
  • Equity options.
