Sitting within Sales Operations, we are standing up a dedicated enablement function designed to multiply seller impact — integrating AI-powered tools, scalable certifications, and sellers skills training into the daily workflows of sellers, distributors, and reps globally. Our mission is simple: scalable solutions powered by AI. We're deploying platforms like Claude, MS 365, Vinton AI, and Absorb LMS. This is an opportunity to shape how a global commercial organization learns, upskills, and sells — with AI at the center of that transformation. This hands-on content development and enablement role is responsible for building and distributing learning that scales Semtech's commercial organization. This specialist owns LMS administration, Salesforce skills onboarding, SharePoint content, growth tier support programs, and AI tool training for internal and external sellers. The ideal candidate combines deep content development experience with the ability to work independently through ambiguity — producing polished, effective learning materials that close skill gaps at scale.
