Sales Enablement Specialist

About The Position

This is an individual contributor role within the Consulting & Delivery organization, responsible for creating Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and supporting the overall pre-sales response cycle. The role will contribute to an ongoing Sales Enablement cadence that helps align Sales and Consulting & Delivery on product offerings, competitive positioning, and customer-facing messaging. A key differentiator for this role is hands-on AI enablement: applying practical AI techniques to streamline content development, reduce turnaround time, improve consistency, and enable C&D teams with repeatable AI-assisted workflows (templates, prompt libraries, QA checks, and content reuse).

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Pre‑Sales, Proposal Management, or Consulting within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated experience authoring Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and RFP responses
  • Familiarity with security questionnaires, vendor risk assessments, and compliance‑driven review processes
  • Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, and Delivery teams
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling, customer‑facing narratives
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Structured, analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex requirements into concise, actionable outputs
  • Experience building and maintaining reusable content libraries, templates, and standardized language
  • Hands‑on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, enterprise copilots, knowledge assistants) in a professional setting
  • Ability to design and apply prompts, workflows, and lightweight automations to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and commercial documentation to support new business and expansions
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, Delivery, and InfoSec to gather inputs and drive timely approvals
  • Maintain and improve reusable templates and standard language to increase speed and consistency
  • Support intake, drafting, coordination, and submission of RFPs and related due diligence materials
  • Coordinate subject matter experts to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant responses
  • Ensure requests follow established submission and tracking processes
  • Own and update core sales enablement assets, including product capability guides, competitive intelligence, and sales talk tracks
  • Ensure alignment with product roadmap, market positioning, and go‑to‑market strategy
  • Refine messaging based on sales feedback and win/loss insights
  • Apply practical AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and consistency of proposals, SOWs, RFPs, and client‑facing deliverables
  • Design and implement AI‑assisted workflows that reduce cycle time and eliminate repetitive work
  • Evaluate new AI use cases as business needs evolve
