About The Position

The Sales District Leader assists with Agent operations and supports Agents in setting sales goals and developing a profitable book of business. The position has a base salary of $78,949, commensurate with experience. Shelter notes that the minimum starting base pay may vary based on geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs, and market demands, and does not include other components of total rewards. Final candidates may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report, Credit Bureau Report, and Criminal Background Check. Applications are requested by 11/02/2026.
