About The Position

Mustang Creek Estates is seeking a Sales Director for its residential assisted living and memory care community in Allen, Texas. The role leads sales efforts to meet census and revenue goals, develops strategies to convert inquiries into move-ins, and builds relationships with prospective residents, families, and local referral partners. The Sales Director manages the move-in process and partners with community and marketing leadership to align sales activity with community goals. The position represents Mustang Creek Estates in the local community through outreach, presentations, and networking. Prior senior living sales experience is required; only candidates with that experience will be considered.

Requirements

Prior sales experience in senior living, including assisted living, memory care, or a related area.
Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and build long-term referral relationships.
Strong communication, planning, and negotiation skills.
Strong time management, organization, and follow-through skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Database or CRM experience.

Responsibilities

Lead sales efforts to achieve and maintain census of 95% or higher and meet revenue goals.
Develop, execute, and refine sales strategies to convert inquiries into move-ins.
Build and maintain relationships with families, prospects, and local referral partners.
Manage the full move-in process to support a smooth transition for residents and their families.
Partner with the Executive Director and marketing leadership to align sales activities with community goals.
Represent Mustang Creek Estates locally through outreach, presentations, and networking.
