About The Position

Mustang Creek Estates is hiring Resident Assistants/Caregivers at its Allen Campus in Allen, Texas. The role provides compassionate, dignified support to seniors and helps create comfort, safety, joy, and encouragement in their daily lives. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, dignified support to residents.
• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Help with meals, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Oversee medications and ensure residents’ safety.
• Offer residents daily joy, comfort, and encouragement.
