About The Position

Mustang Creek Estates is hiring Resident Assistants, also described as caregivers, at its Burleson campus. The role provides compassionate, dignified support to seniors and helps create moments of comfort, dignity, and joy. Paid training is provided, and the position is presented as an opportunity to begin or grow a healthcare career. Full-time, part-time, and PRN (as-needed) options are available, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be dependable and caring, with a warm heart, positive attitude, and passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, dignified support to residents.
• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Help with meals, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Oversee medications and ensure resident safety.
• Offer residents joy, comfort, and encouragement.
