About The Position

Mustang Creek Estates is hiring a Resident Assistant in Frisco, Texas. The role supports residents’ comfort, safety, wellness, and independence. No previous caregiving experience is required; the employer provides paid orientation and hands-on, on-the-job training. Starting pay is $13.00 or more per hour. Full-time, part-time, and PRN (as-needed) opportunities are available, with a 4-on/2-off rotation described as supporting consistent scheduling. Available shifts include morning (6:00 AM–2:00 PM), day (7:00 AM–3:00 PM), evening (3:00 PM–10:30 PM), and overnight (10:30 PM–6:00 AM). Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have reliable transportation to the Frisco community.
• Be dependable and professional, and be committed to providing excellent resident care.
• Be willing to learn and follow training, safety, and care standards.
• Bring patience, kindness, dignity, and respect to interactions with residents.
• Be team-oriented, responsible, punctual, and flexible, with a positive and caring attitude.
• Previous caregiving experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and help them feel valued.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help residents move safely and comfortably throughout the day.
• Assist with meals, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Supervise and observe medication routines as permitted by training and applicable requirements.
• Work with the team to provide residents with quality care.
