Carlsmed's mission is to improve outcomes and decrease the cost of healthcare for spine surgery. The Carlsmed aprevo® personalized surgery platform is designed to improve the standard of care for spine surgery one patient at a time. The Sales Director (SD) is responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and operational excellence within the assigned region. Reporting to the Area Vice President (AVP), the SD focuses on executing business development strategies, engaging with key stakeholders, and ensuring seamless adoption of Carlsmed's innovative solutions across the region. The ideal candidate must be based in Southern California.
