About The Position

Synera is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team in Germany. This remote role is crucial for accelerating engineering with AI, as the SDR will be the first point of contact for potential customers, including engineering leads and decision-makers at deep-tech companies. The primary mission is to convert curiosity into conversations and conversations into business opportunities. This is a hands-on role involving significant phone and message outreach, with the goal of scheduling meetings for the Account Executive team. The SDR will gain insights into customer needs and product positioning, work closely with sales and marketing, and help shape Synera's market presence in the DACH region. The ideal candidate is motivated by pace, enjoys overcoming challenges, and wants to open doors for significant deals.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in outbound sales in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong English and French language skills (spoken and written) are required.
  • A strong track record (e.g., consistently exceeding quota over multiple quarters).
  • Ability to pitch complex technical solutions convincingly.
  • Comfortable handling rejection, iterating quickly, and bringing a strong growth mindset and resilience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, cold outreach tools, and LinkedIn prospecting (e.g., Salesforce, Clay, Sales Navigator, Aircall).
  • You love hunting and driving new opportunities.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional proficiency in a European language is a plus, and further language abilities are welcome.
  • Experience with AI, CAD, CAE, or engineering automation.
  • Experience with Clay.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Actively reach out to engineering leads and decision-makers via cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) with around 60+ activities per day.
  • Design and run targeted outbound campaigns, working closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and approach.
  • Generate interest in Synera's agentic AI solutions through compelling storytelling and value-driven conversations.
  • Experiment with creative ways to reach senior and management-level targets.
  • Analyze the performance of outreach, test new approaches, and continuously develop the SDR playbook.
