About The Position

Backed by partners including AWS, Autodesk, and UiPath, and trusted by teams at Hyundai and NASA, Synera is looking for a driven German-speaking sales professional to continue growing its presence in the German market. As a Sales Development Representative at Synera, your mission is to turn curiosity into conversations, and conversations into real business opportunities. This is a highly hands-on role where you’ll spend a lot of time picking up the phone, sending messages, following up, and getting through to tough prospects. You’ll also learn why engineering leaders buy, what problems actually matter to them, and how to position an AI product that delivers real value. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing, test different outreach strategies, and help grow Synera’s German market presence. If you enjoy momentum, love the challenge of getting a “yes” from a skeptical prospect, and want to open doors that lead to big deals, Synera wants to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Native German and fluent in English, allowing you to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders in an international environment.
  • Proven experience in outbound B2B SaaS sales.
  • A strong track record of performance, including consistent quota overachievement.
  • Confidence in pitching complex technical solutions (experience in AI, CAD, CAE, or engineering software is a strong plus).
  • Resilience, ability to handle rejection well, and continuously iterate with a growth mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and modern outbound tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and Aircall.
  • Motivation by proactively identifying and creating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Engage engineering leaders and decision-makers via cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, reaching 60+ activities per day).
  • Shape and manage targeted outbound campaigns, working with the Marketing team to optimize messaging.
  • Spark interest in Synera’s Agentic AI solutions through compelling storytelling and value-driven conversations.
  • Experiment and find creative ways to reach our higher management target persona.
  • Analyze outreach performance, test new approaches, and refine our SDR playbook.
