As a Sales Development Representative at Synera, your mission is to turn curiosity into conversations, and conversations into real business opportunities. This is a highly hands-on role where you’ll spend a lot of time picking up the phone, sending messages, following up, and getting through to tough prospects. You’ll also learn why engineering leaders buy, what problems actually matter to them, and how to position an AI product that delivers real value. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing, test different outreach strategies, and help grow Synera’s German market presence.
