Requirements

  • Initial experience in dealing with customers.
  • Fluent Dutch and English (C1 level or higher).
  • Strong communication skills and empathy.
  • Ability to respond quickly to new situations and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident in using computers and common software, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience in every interaction.
  • Communicate confidently and empathetically with customers in Dutch and English.
  • Analyze customer requests, identify needs, and offer effective solutions.
  • Adapt quickly to new situations and handle challenges with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proactively anticipate customer needs and maintain a service-oriented mindset.
  • Work flexibly across different shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
