About The Position

SIXT is seeking a German and English Speaking Customer Service Agent to work 100% remotely from Spain. As a leading mobility service provider, SIXT focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences. The Customer Service team is crucial to this promise, and they are looking for passionate, people-first professionals. This role involves being the friendly voice and keyboard for customers, assisting with everything from planning road trips to resolving post-rental queries. Requirements

  • Native or near-native German speaker with fluent English skills.
  • A genuine passion for service excellence and helping customers find the right solution.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a positive and professional tone at all times.
  • Ability to work on a rotating schedule Monday to Sunday, fully from home, with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, providing expert support before, during, and after the booking process.
  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently and empathetically via phone and e-mail, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every touchpoint.
  • Engage customers with in-depth knowledge of SIXT's products, services, and mobility solutions to find the best fit for their needs.
  • Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through friendly, professional, and solution-oriented service.
  • Identify and escalate complex cases when needed, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  • Contribute as an active team player, supporting administrative tasks and sharing knowledge to continuously improve team performance.
