About The Position

In case of breakdowns and accidents, our team ensures that private customers quickly and easily receive a replacement vehicle. We work closely with various insurance and roadside assistance companies, processing their orders promptly and in a customer-oriented manner via email or phone, then creating orders and reserving the requested vehicles.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
  • Open-minded, communicative, and enjoy writing and making phone calls.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-evolving work environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members.
  • Ability to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Initial experience working with MS Office programs (Word, Outlook).
  • Work reliably, independently, and are service- and solution-oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus.
  • Availability for night shifts.
