And we are now expanding into the United States - our most important growth market. We’re looking for a founding US hire to lead this expansion. This is not a traditional SDR role. As Scytale's first SDR in New York, you'll play a foundational role in building our US sales presence from the ground up. You'll work directly with our CEO, sales leadership, and founding US team to generate pipeline, refine messaging, test new outreach strategies, and help shape the future of our go-to-market organization. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar outbound sales role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong prospecting skills across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-2 years of SDR, BDR, or related sales experience.
  • Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, or other B2B technology companies is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting efforts across the US market.
  • Identify and engage high-value prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, events, and creative outreach campaigns.
  • Generate qualified pipeline opportunities for the sales team.
  • Partner closely with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategies.
  • Experiment with new prospecting approaches and help build repeatable playbooks for future SDR hires.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the compliance and cybersecurity landscape.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
  • Track performance, share insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Scytale's US go-to-market motion.
