Geordie is building a platform for enterprises to safely govern their AI agents, and pipeline generation is crucial for their growth. As one of the first Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), you will be responsible for initiating the sales process by identifying and connecting with the right people, creating new opportunities, and fueling the company's revenue growth. This role requires proactive outreach, including cold calling, cold emailing, building outreach sequences, and finding creative ways to engage with key decision-makers in large enterprises. The position demands persistence and a consistent work ethic, regardless of daily outcomes. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and the broader Go-To-Market (GTM) team. As an early hire, you will have significant influence in shaping the SDR function.
