About The Position

We are seeking early Enterprise Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our newly launched New York office. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a founding team member, contributing significantly to our growth and U.S. expansion. As an SDR, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and generating pipeline for our expanding U.S. team. You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to refine our outreach strategies and establish Aibidia as a prominent player in the region. A progression framework is in place for high performers aiming for senior/enterprise sales roles. You will operate within a modern go-to-market environment, working alongside Marketing, Product Marketing, and Account Executives, utilizing tools such as intent data, outbound sequencing, events, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and personalized outreach to generate enterprise pipeline.

Requirements

  • Prior SDR experience in an international facing role
  • Experience prospecting into enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
  • Strong and demonstrable ability to consistently generate qualified meetings and pipeline through disciplined outbound execution in the U.S.
  • Comfortable working with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce.
  • Experience working intent data, AI for outreach personalisation and closely with Marketing functions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently and effectively engage CFOs, Heads of Tax, and other senior decision-makers
  • This position requires being in the office 3 days per week to support collaboration and team engagement.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the country.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience of working in International Tax, Transfer Pricing and/or Consulting
  • Skills in creative cold outreach i.e. Loom and video-based outreach
  • Solid LinkedIn presence.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently execute high-quality prospecting activity and contribute qualified pipeline for the U.S. sales team.
  • Become knowledgeable with Aibidia’s industry, market, product, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and KBPs (Key Buying Personas).
  • Execute strategic outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and personalized video outreach to engage enterprise tax and finance leaders.
  • Utilise our intent and AI tech stack to compose personalised, problem-led messaging that resonates with senior tax and transfer pricing leaders.
  • Be the first point of contact for potential customers, working closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of leads.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to engage and convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales opportunities.
  • Work with and influence our prospecting playbooks, containing KPIs aligned to your targets (generating qualified pipeline).
  • Directly influence how we build outbound strategy, messaging, and pipeline generation in North America as an early member of our U.S. SDR team.
