About The Position

The American home services industry is a $543B market where 90% of missed calls translate directly to lost revenue. Redcar AI responds to thousands of customers at once so no jobs are ever lost and integrates seamlessly into a shop’s existing workflow. We are building the world’s first Learning Voice AI with an Agent-first platform. While others build rigid scripts, we developed LearnLoop: a proprietary technology that allows AI to learn from experience, update its own SOPs, and reason through complex customer needs. Requirements

1-3 years of SDR experience outbounding via calling and emailing
Experience with outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and lead qualification
Winner of President’s Club, Winner’s Circle, top of your cohort, etc.
Competitive, resilient, and driven to win (background in competitive sports is a plus)

Responsibilities

Execute outbound outreach across phone calls, personalized emails, in-person visits, and events to engage owners of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses
Use tools like Clay, Apollo, Claude, and Gemini to automate the "boring" parts of prospecting so you can focus on high-value conversations
Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and demonstrate how Redcar’s Voice AI solves the "missed call" crisis
Maintain a meticulous record of your pipeline and work directly with the Founders and Head of GTM to refine our messaging in real-time
