CareSwift uses AI to automate ambulance reports, aiming to eliminate the 30% of a paramedic's shift currently spent on paperwork. As a Y Combinator-backed startup (S25) based in New York City, we are experiencing rapid growth. This role involves communicating our story and value proposition to EMS agencies nationwide. We are seeking a driven and resourceful salesperson with knowledge of the EMS industry to join us as our Founding SDR. This position will be responsible for managing the top of the sales funnel, including identifying, contacting, and qualifying EMS agencies and ambulance services, and subsequently scheduling demos for the CEO to close. This role offers significant impact and autonomy, with the opportunity to develop our outbound sales strategy from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the EMS sector, enjoy the challenge of lead generation, and be motivated by booking successful meetings.
